Position Summary:
** Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this Enterprise Sales position is based in the Los Angeles or Bay Area market.
Responsibilities:
- Increase domestic market share for WildPackets’ core solutions and services within a specified geographic territory.
- Create and execute on a plan to develop business for WildPackets’ products for all commercial businesses, local and state government entities, and non-profit agencies in assigned territory. The only vertical space beyond the purview of this position is the Federal Government.
- Identify, qualify, and engage key groups and end-users within each account who would benefit from deploying WildPackets’ products and services.
- Work with “C-Level” executives to build a strong, value-based relationship with WildPackets.
- Increase deal sizes and accelerate procurement within the organizations through a thorough understanding of enterprise account management and sales cycle control.
- Accurately forecast realistic opportunities to Sales Management on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Weekly forecasting reviews with Sales Management will be required to update account activity, plan execution, and market penetration.
- First Ninety-Day Expectations: Territory acclimation and product training is expected to be completed within the first 60 days of employment. After 90 days, 60 percent of the Enterprise Sales Representative’s time should be dedicated to account development, 30 percent to servicing the installed base of customers in the respective territory, and 10 percent in administrative and training functions. It is at this point that the Enterprise Sales Representative will be expected to perform as a fully functional, revenue contributing member of the sales team.
- First-Year Expectations: This will be discussed with the Vice President of Sales. Our expectation is that the Enterprise Sales Representative will achieve all established revenue goals and objectives within the first year, and find a rewarding career as a valued member of our growing sales staff.
Requirements:

Reporting to the CEO, this position leads the development and implementation of multiple products, oversees QA, Release, Tech Support and IT. You will work with the engineering staff to program new features and products.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly sales quotas
