President & CEO - Timothy David McCreery
Mr. McCreery has over 25 years of experience in the networking industry. He co-founded WildPackets, Inc. as AG Group in 1990. His past positions include Founder and President of Kinetics, Founder and CEO of SilkStream Corporation, and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Excelan, Inc. Mr. McCreery has also been on the board of other start-ups including Clear Ink Corp. and Tut Systems. Mr. McCreery is also President of the Board of Youth Homes, Inc., a non-profit agency serving at-risk foster care children in Contra Costa County. Mr. McCreery graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with degrees in Mathematics, Computer Science and Psychology. He taught undergraduate Computer Science at U. C. Berkeley while obtaining a Master's degree in EECS.
Vice President, Engineering - Rocky Offner
As vice president of engineering for WildPackets, Mr. Offner is responsible for all areas of product design, development, quality assurance, and production. Prior to joining WildPackets in 2007, Mr. Offner served as vice president of engineering at Dantz and EMC after it's acquisition of Dantz in 2004. At Dantz, he lead the development of the award winning Retrospect Backup and Restore software. Mr. Offner ran all aspects of engineering including development, testing, technical publications, as well as IT. Mr. Offner also served as VP Engineering of Equilibrium, developer of MediaRich dynamic imaging server platform server and the award-winning DeBabelizer professional image processing tool. Prior to Equilibrium, Mr. Offner managed software engineering at Light Source, where he created the Colortron spectrophotometer and OFOTO scanning software for Mac and Windows. Before joining Light Source, Mr. Offner held engineering positions at Pixar, where he authored MacRenderMan, Bear River Associates, Olivetti, and The Santa Cruz Operation where he worked on the UNIX kernel team. Mr. Offner holds two patents for hardware and software that perform digital color measurement and calibration, and he has two patents pending for the MediaRich server platform. Mr. Offner received a BA in Computer and Information Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Vice President, Marketing & Sales - Tony Barbagallo
As vice president of marketing and sales, Mr. Barbagallo is responsible for the development and execution of the company's worldwide sales and growth strategies, product marketing, and corporate communications. Leveraging over two decades of experience in high technology management, Mr. Barbagallo brings proven expertise in implementing sales, marketing, and partner development programs to WildPackets. Prior to WildPackets, Mr. Barbagallo was vice president of product management and marketing for GroundWork Open Source. Mr. Barbagallo was also vice president of sales and marketing for Dantz Development where he oversaw the return of the company to profitability and subsequent acquisition by EMC. Prior to Dantz, Mr. Barbagallo was group marketing manager at Microsoft, where he led the product marketing and partner alliance programs for the Windows CE operating system and tools. Mr. Barbagallo came to Microsoft via the acquisition of VXtreme, a developer of streaming media technology, where he served as Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Barbagallo has also held a variety of sales and marketing positions with EVault, Mentor Graphics, Wind River, Sun Microsystems and General Electric. Mr. Barbagallo holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Syracuse University and has also completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University.
