WildPackets Signs Seybold & Associates as Manufacturers Representative in Exclusive Five-State Area

Service-Oriented Reseller Joins Swelling Ranks of WildPackets W.I.N. Partners

WALNUT CREEK, California and PLANO, Texas - April 2, 2001

WildPackets Inc., developers of EtherPeek, AiroPeek, and other innovative network analysis and management tools, today announced that Seybold & Associates of Plano, Texas has signed on as a manufacturers representative to cover sales in an exclusive territory for the company. As participants in the WildPackets Integrated Network (W.I.N.) program, Seybold will receive training and marketing services, including leads and referrals, while WildPackets' customers will benefit by having technical and sales services close at hand in their respective regions.

Mr. Seybold has been in the protocol testing business for 16 years, and has held sales and sales management positions with Tekelec, IDACOM Electronics, and the Hewlett-Packard Company.
