WildPackets Locates New Corporate Headquarters

Doubles Size of Former Fire-Ravaged Home to Keep Pace with Growth

Walnut Creek, CA - October 8, 2002

WildPackets Inc., industry-leaders in packet analysis software development, training and support, today announced they have completed negotiations for new corporate headquarters in Walnut Creek, California. An early November move-in date to the much larger facility is planned.

"Since our offices were destroyed by fire on July 15, we have enjoyed our temporary home, and the flexibility, service, and friendliness of the Regus Business Center team in San Ramon," said WildPackets CEO Mahboud Zabetian. "But to accommodate our development plans and rapid growth, we needed to re-establish permanent roots. Our new headquarters provides the space and amenities to comfortably absorb staff increases made necessary by expanding strategic alliances and global demand for our tools and services. Our relocation and lessons learned in the aftermath of the fire have also given us an opportunity to put into place much more effective, streamlined business processes, which translates into better products and service offerings."

WildPackets' corporate headquarters will be located at 1340 Treat Boulevard, 5th floor, Walnut Creek California, 94597. Directions will be posted to the web site when the move is complete. WildPackets will retain their normal business (925.937-7900) telephone number.
