Mr. Kevin Chae, an industry veteran, will work with WildPackets' partners to implement marketing and sales plans for the company in the region. South Korea offers considerable opportunity for the widespread deployment of LAN management tools, given its high broadband penetration per capita. With an estimated 100,000 Internet cafes, WLAN management requirements also are expected to come quickly to the fore.
