WildPackets Releases EtherPeek for Mac v4.2

Now Fully Supports Mac OS X v10.2 Jaguar

WildPackets Inc., innovators in advancing network analysis technology, today released an update to their Mac OS X version of EtherPeek network traffic and protocol analyzer. The new version of EtherPeek for Mac offers improved capture performance, enhanced Packet Decoders, expanded support of Mac plug-ins, and more.

In addition to full support for Mac OS X v10.2 Jaguar, EtherPeek for Mac v4.2 includes new, improved decoders and new analysis modules that provide statistics and decode summaries for Remote Access Dial-up User Services; track commands and other messages for the Server Message Block protocol; provide decode summaries for TNS and TDS traffic; and detail VoIP traffic.

EtherPeek for Macintosh has been in active development for over twelve years, and has been the packet analyzer of choice for IT Professionals who prefer the Macintosh as their key network management platform.
