WildPackets Appoints Strategic Business and Sales Directors for Europe

Expansion of European Operations & Channel Activity

Walnut Creek, CA - March 1, 2004

WildPackets Inc., innovators in network services fault analysis, has appointed Richard Buchanan as Strategic Business Director for Europe, and Riaz Khan as Director of Sales, Europe. Each brings over 20 years of technical experience and partner relationship building to bear in their work to develop and grow WildPackets’ EU-based channel and enterprise business.

Prior to joining WildPackets in 2001, Richard Buchanan was the Professional Services Manager for the Cisco CENS (Cisco Enabled Network Solutions) Programme in the UK. He has also done network consulting for CACI, Inc., IDS, and ATT Global Solutions.

In his expanded WildPackets role, Riaz Khan will apply his experience with major accounts and vertical markets for enterprise solutions deployment and account and IT management skills. Khan joined WildPackets in 2002 as a Business Development Manager for EMEA. He has over 20 years of IT experience gained in mission-critical networking environments such as those of Digital Equipment Company, Compaq, and Cisco Systems.
