Bozzini will lead WildPackets’ finance and operations in support of the company’s growth and expansion plans and will report to Mahboud Zabetian, President and CEO. Bozzini brings to WildPackets more than 20 years of global financial management and technology experience, including demonstrated success in building customer-centric infrastructure in high growth fast paced environments. Bozzini’s more recent experience has been with public companies, including responsibility for SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and fundraising. In addition to financial oversight including treasury and investor relations, Bozzini has been responsible for developing productive human resource and information technology departments. He has held senior financial positions at XOMA, Evolve Software Inc., Action Technologies, Synon Corporation and Hewlett-Packard Company. Bozzini qualified as a CPA while working with the accounting firm PricewaterhouserCoopers, earned a MBA from U.C. Berkeley, has an undergraduate degree in accounting and is a certified internal auditor (CIA).
