WildPackets Launches MyPeek Community Portal

Provides streamlined delivery of network management resources, support, software and news

Walnut Creek, Calif. – June 3, 2008 – WildPackets® Inc., a leading provider of network and application analysis solutions, today announced the MyPeek Community Portal – a free online resource for WildPackets customers to access product and maintenance information, manage product licenses and download updates, drivers and product plug-ins. Also serving as a forum for users to share common knowledge, best practices and even source code, MyPeek is dynamic, personalized, and constantly updated, providing the most comprehensive community support portal in the industry.

“The MyPeek Community Portal helps WildPackets customers get the most out of their investment,” said Tony Barbagallo, vice president of marketing at WildPackets. “With more than 38,000 registrants – and 700 more joining each day - this is proving to be a valuable one-stop shop to access WildPackets’ network management resources – for free.”

Each feature of the MyPeek Community Portal has been designed to enhance the overall support experience, and dramatically increase the usefulness of WildPackets products. With a single sign-on, users can customize their home page by adding gadgets for quick access to the entire site, including serial numbers, product and maintenance downloads, white papers, videos, developer documentation, demos and more.

“As a service, WildPackets is committed to the ongoing support of MyPeek,” said Chris Bloom, developer evangelist at WildPackets. “New product extensions will consistently be added to the already large library, including those from members of the MyPeek community who wish to make their extensions available to others.”

Access to the MyPeek Community Portal is available to all and is not exclusive to WildPackets customers. A brief registration is required. For information, visit: http://mypeek.wildpackets.com.
