Walnut Creek, Calif. - Mar. 29, 2011 - WildPackets, Inc. (, a leading provider of network and application performance analysis solutions, today announced that Rochester Institute of Technology ( ) will utilize its OmniPeek Enterprise Network Analyzer for student training as part of its unique coursework in networking, security and systems administration.

Created in 2002, the RIT Bachelor of Science in Applied Networking and System Administration (ANSA) degree from the Department of Networking, Security, and Systems Administration (NSSA) ( ) is the first program of its kind to answer the increasing need for advanced studies in network infrastructure, wireless communications, computing systems administration and network administration.
