Network Engineer/Technical Instructor
Mr. Luay Masoud has 15 years of working experience managing enterprise and telecom networks specialized in Voice circuit switch and VIOP services, his experience included the support, development, design and troubleshooting of different network scenarios and applications involved in network management systems.

In addition Luay has over 7 years of experience working with Telecom OSS wireless Circuit switch and Packet switch solutions that provided an end to end service and network assurance to domestic and international customers. Luay hold a BA in Electrical Engineering, and Cisco certifications.

Tom Jones, P.E., RCDD/NTS

Network Engineer/Technical Instructor
Mr. Tom Jones has 30 years of experience with computer networks - designing, installing, troubleshooting, and training others. He developed and taught a Networking Tract at Cleveland State University Continuing Education Department. He has also been a Cisco Certified Academy Instructor (CCAI) and an Adjunct Faculty member at two community colleges. For the past dozen years, he has worked extensively with wireless networks. He has achieved wireless certifications from Cisco, Meru, and D-Link, and he helped write the Wireless Design Reference Manual for BICSI. Tom has also obtained Cisco CCDP, Cisco CCNP, Microsoft MCP and CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications.
