Joe Habib

Mr. Joe Habib is a seasoned executive with proven expertise in Information Technology, eCommerce, and Systems Management. Joe possesses over 15 years experience in designing, developing, and delivering technology and information management solutions. He has managed large information and network services for several Silicon Valley and international companies. Joe holds a BA in Business and Management Information Systems with an emphasis on Telecommunications from San Jose State University. Joe holds certifications with Cisco and Microsoft.

Jim Thor

Network Engineer/Technical Instructor
Mr. Jim Thor has over 17 years of experience across many facets of Information Technology. Before joining WildPackets, his expertise in information security has placed him within Fortune 100 companies in various technology roles. In addition, Jim has a strong background in network architecture and systems administration, working and consulting in companies of all sizes. Jim possesses a thorough understanding of data communications, from the network infrastructure and the software applications that traverse it - to the procedures and controls that help promote the secure, stable, and efficient use of corporate intellectual property. Jim has obtained certifications from (ISC)², Cisco, Checkpoint, and Nokia.

Luay Masoud

Network Engineer/Technical Instructor
Mr. Luay Masoud has 15 years of working experience managing enterprise and telecom networks specialized in Voice circuit switch and VIOP services, his experience included the support, development, design and troubleshooting of different network scenarios and applications involved in network management systems.

In addition Luay has over 7 years of experience working with Telecom OSS wireless Circuit switch and Packet switch solutions that provided an end to end service and network assurance to domestic and international customers. Luay hold a BA in Electrical Engineering, and Cisco certifications.
