What SNMP Support Reporting Features does WatchPoint 2.0 include?

• New Data Sources such as Device status, CPU % usage, Memory usage and Throughput statistics (Mbps)
• New Gadgets such as Status, Alarm Summaries, Latest Alerts and Uptime Summary
• New Configuration Screens such as Enable the user to identify an individual device/interface by entering the IP address, device/interface name, description, URL (with username and password if applicable) for web-based management and a designation as to whether the device/interface is a primary or secondary device.



Are there any special requirements for the client machine which logs into WatchPoint??

Yes, the machine requires the following:

• Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox v3.5 or higher
• Java Version 6 Update 11 or higher
• Adobe Reader 10 or higher
• 2GB of RAM



What are the WatchPoint 2.0 Administrator Roles?

Now, Watchpoint supports different classes of user roles. The Administrator Roles window available from the WatchPoint dashboard lets you add, remove, and edit others’ roles, and change system settings such as setting up collectors, configuring alarms and notifications and making changes to the Dashboard configuration



When a new non-administrator user logs into WatchPoint 2.0 for the first time, what should they expect to see

A 24-Hour Overview report appears with a Timeline, and gadgets such as Top Interfaces, Application Statistics, Top Source and Destination Nodes, and Top Source and Destination Ports.



What is the default login for the WatchPoint dashboard

The default login is admin/password.
