Return to top of page Why am I not able to see any data in some of the graphs?

Check the scales on the graphs, sometimes they have no basis in reality, e.g utilization graphs with a scale of 1000 or more. On the graph type on the left choose a graph, then right click and choose Edit. Choose the Scale tab and change it to something realistic, then hit apply.

Return to top of page Why am I unable to see HDLC and cHDLC packets?

Selecting PPP as the protocol should allow the WANPeek to get HDLC and cHDLC traffic.
